The Marino Foundation For Integrative Medicine, a 501(c)3 not-for- profit foundation, dedicated to creating a new humanistic model of care to help patients become better stewards of their own health and to keep health care affordable through the integration of mind, body and spirit and combining traditional and complementary healing practices.

With a bold vision, the hard work of an extraordinary team of clinicians and the financial generosity of a few individuals, that innovative idea has become the Marino Foundation for Integrative Medicine and the Marino Centers for Progressive Health, serving more than 40,000 patients with clinical centers in Cambridge and Wellesley.

While we are very proud of what we have accomplished to date, there is much more to do. Across the country, patients find themselves squeezed into brief office visits with the rising cost of care becoming a crushing burden for everyone. Physicians, nurses and allied health professionals find themselves increasingly frustrated by factory-like "production" demands that have little to do with health and healing. As result, our work on the frontier of a new model of care resonates with an even greater urgency.
